7.20.08 - Open House

Eric was the first to speak at the Assets Lancaster 2008 Annual Dinner at the Eden Resort Inn in June. Eric is a graduate of Assets Ephrata Class #3.

7.2.06 - Home Office

The first eight years of Davenport Design's existence were spent in the third-floor office of his beautifully restored historic Greco-Revival home, which was recognized in a local newspaper.

3.28.05 - Business Seminar

Eric was one of the organizers of the Maximum Impact Simulcast, a business seminar featuring internationally recognized authors Dr. John Maxwell, Ken Blanchard and Joe Gibbs. Held at the Lancaster Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, the event reached an estimated 40,000 business leaders.

6.15.03 - New Holland 275 Year Anniversery

Eric wrote and produced an 80-page booklet for the town of New Holland's 275th anniversary. The book proved highly popular and well-received among residents and the business community.
