We will help you create a site map and hierarchy of the entire site prior to beginning, based on our projected needs, goals, or values. We will ask other important questions: what is the timeframe for getting the web site launched? Is there a Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 plan in place?

ASK: Does the design of the site get in the way of communication? Is there well defined synergy between the text, photos, graphics, content, and style of the website?
It's not JUST about good graphic design - but properly rendered transitions, text, photos, graphics, and consistent code across browsers. You need clean, readable, content with an APPROPRIATE THEME that renders graphics, text and photos properly every time.
ASK: Can anyone quickly reference who, what, where, when, how, and why, as it relates to your business? Does your web site communicate to the 4 major personality types?
ANYTHING that is important to the viewer should be accessible within two to three clicks at the most.
ASK: Does the site look the same on multiple browsers or platforms, or does it appear significantly different or un-renderable in other popular browsers? Are there fuzzy, blurry, jagged, over-sharpened or large photos or graphics on the site that slow down or/are negative to the site's viewers.
How the web site performs in multiple browsers and platforms takes the expertise of building the right chassis, then adding the right components, styling and graphics. Does the handling or performance of the site have bottle-necks or slow-moments that deter the visitor's experience?
ASK: Is the web site carrying the best representation of our product or service in an effective and clear manner? Does it keep people interested?
Does your website communicate YOUR BRAND effectively and consistently? Marketable sites communicate the RIGHT marketing message to the RIGHT audience, at the RIGHT time with the RIGHT offer or service.
We will go beyond mere parroting of your marketing efforts, and will work to hone your brand in the most effective way possible.
How a site is built is not immediately apparent to the user, but whether it is professionally coded significantly impacts its performance. How easy is it to make changes to the site? Does the site look the same on multiple browsers or platforms? Is your website scalable - meaning can it be upgraded easily from where it is at? Or must it be rebuilt from scratch because it is software, browser, server, or code dependent in a negative way?
ASK: Is it W3C Compliant, CSS-driven HTML or is it built with non-compliant tables and frames? Is your site built with FrontPage, Cold fusion, Dreamweaver, Adobe Golive or another piece of software? Is your web site and Content Management System built with open source technology? Do you want a PHP or ASPX driven site and what are the pros and cons of each?
ASK: Are you interested lessening the time required to send, receive, and respond to customer's needs? What interactive features are important to you? How can our site look GREAT to search engines, robots and webcrawlers?
How it is found through SEO (search engine optimization) or it's "spider-ability". Building in natural SEO optimization will keep online marketing costs down by drawing more traffic to your site.
